Swissport International Ltd., headquartered in Glattburg, Switzerland. The company provides Ground services for 100+ million passengers and 3.2 M Tons of cargo annually, on behalf of about 650 client companies in the aviation industry.

The application is used by CXO's and Department heads for tracking the business recommendations and objectives of various infrastructure projects. The application facilitates the use of color codes based on factors like Recommendations, Phases, KPI's and Actions.

Overview

Mansfield provides comprehensive fuel supply, distribution, delivery, and dispensing solutions to our customers through an integrated network of refiners, terminals, carriers, and retailers throughout North America.

Achievements

It is not only important to acquire new customers, but also ensure that they stay and get serviced. Customers get serviced if they order for fuel at one or more of their locations. These locations are abstracted as Ship-To’s in the system. Each customer usually has multiple ship-to’s associated – sometimes in hundreds. It is thus impossible to track all of them manually even for one single customer, not to mention the complexity of having to manage the data for all customers. Proactive Customer management lies in tracking usage and taking actions to maximize orders of fuel from customers, enabling dormant locations and inactive customers to turn active.
